Dear AIESEC friends,

We would like you to know that every year until the 1st of May, anyone who wants to contribute to the growth of AIESEC, has an opportunity to support AIESEC Lithuania, with the transfer of up to two 2% of paid income tax. We want to stress that it will not cost you any extra cent, because state taxes are still required to pay. This is possibility to support youth development and its initiatives directly

Today AIESEC Lithuania has more than 100 active Lithuanian students. Our main objective - to develop entrepreneurial, socially responsible and culturally sensitive young leaders. Additional funds - an opportunity to expand our operations and achieve even better results. AIESEC Lithuania's annual report can be found HERE.

If you made a decision to support youth initiatives, you must fill out the application form FR0512 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and the bottom of the box should be signed. The letters and numbers must be entered exactly in line surrounded by fields, use only capital letters. Fields 13, 14 should be left blank.

Your application form FR0512 of revenue‘s taxes  may be delivered to tax administatrion  in the following ways:

1. Electronically (via the use of electronic banking system) at http://deklaravimas.vmi.lt/. FR0512 form can be found at http://www.vmi.lt/formos/pdf/FR0512.pdf, or download the form FR0512 filled with necessary data.
2. An envelope with a completed application form can be sent each year by May 1st to State Tax Inspectorate located in your area of permanent residence. If you must submit an annual income tax report, the application is submitted together with the declaration. Place the completed form in an envelope, and stick the signature on the label line in such  way that it would not be possible to open the envelope without damaging the integrity of the signature. Do not forget to specify on the envelope his return address.
3. The completed application form can be served directly by the state tax office employee.
